Epatterns or Digital Patterns - after payment is received, we will email the Epattern to you in a PDF file within 24 hours (business day). PDF files can be opened and viewed with FREE software from Adobe Reader. Download it now at http://www.adobe.com/products/reader/ . Epattern and or Digital patterns are an excellent way to save money on shipping (no shipping fees), and if you don't print it out - you can save a tree! 

By purchasing an e-packet, you are agreeing to the following:

1. The only person entitled to use the e-packet(s) is the person who has purchased it.
2. You are entitled to paint the design(s) for yourself, for gifts, or for craft shows. If you plan to sell these hand-painted designs anywhere on the Internet (an auction site such as e-Bay, a craft site, or your own website), you must include the phrase “Design copyright Melinda Frewin” in your description. That phrase should even appear on the photo(s) of your hand-painted piece(s) if at all possible so there is no question that the design(s) are copyright protected. 
3. No mass production or mechanical reproduction (i.e., scanning, photocopying) is allowed (such as making your own notecards, etc.). Each design must be hand painted by the purchaser of this e-packet.
4. Line drawings may be reduced or enlarged to suit your personal needs.
5. The copyright holder (Melinda Frewin) is not limited in using these designs (i.e., for publication as magazine articles, as books, as prints or for licensing).

Payment Options USA and Canada:  PayPal, money orders, bank checks and personal checks in U.S. funds. Please DO NOT send cash.

Payment Options Outside USA and Canada:  At the current time, we can only accept overseas payments in the form of a verified PayPal accounts.  Please contact us for shipping before paying with PayPal.

Shipping:  We ship USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class. Upon request - Priority, Express, delivery confirmation and insurance.  We can ship UPS or FedEx, please contact us first to make arrangements. We are not responsible for mis-delivered or lost mail without delivery confirmation and/or insurance.

Shopping Cart:  Our shopping cart check out system is PayPal, and it is a secure server and free to use.
